The PBM-2500 is a pneumatic powered right-angled pipe (tube) end-prep machining tool used for facing, beveling, and counterboring applications when end-prepping for weld. Operations can be performed separately or simultaneously.
Three optional mandrels and a facing attachments allow the machine to operate with a wide range of diameters, pipe (tube) schedules, and thicknesses with varying machining requirements.
The PBM-2500 beveling machine is capable of tube and pipe weld-end preparation that meets all existing conventional codes including the more stringent nuclear codes.

The PBM-4500 is a pneumatic powered right-angled pipe (tube) end-prep machining tool used for facing, beveling, and counterboring applications when end-prepping for weld. Operations can be performed separately or simultaneously.
The PBM-4500 uses an internal expanding clamping mandrel with interchangeable pad sets, which accommodate a range of internal diameters. The three variable mandrel sizes and optional facing attachment allow for a wide range of application from a single machine.
The PBM-4500 beveling machine is capable of tube and pipe weld end preparation that meets all existing conventional codes including the more stringent nuclear codes. The expanding mandrel provides fast, accurate, self-centering alignment to the pipe or tube to be machined.
